Purviance Limb sleeves 3N Body Perviance 10 Shank Bob Reeves No. 5 Rim and shank are removable. I think it's the original that was processed later. Both are Bob Reeves formulas. It's a reed type mouthpiece with a flat rim like Bach's 3rd to 5th, and a shallower cup like E or F. It is old and the main body has some scratches, but there are no large or conspicuous ones.
